Intelligent Spas provides publications for the spa industry. Individuals and companies are commissioned to add value to our work including advisors, editors and other contributors. They are chosen based on key criteria including their contribution to the spa industry, experience and expertise, leadership qualities and their perceived potential to educate and inspire members of the spa industry, at the time of publication. Intelligent Spas makes no representation of any kind relating to these contributors.

Intelligent Spas may organise competition prizes to encourage survey responses. If an unreliable sample is achieved, Intelligent Spas reserves the right to cancel the competition and withdraw any prizes. Competitions are based in Singapore. Entrants are eligible for prizes where there are no competition permits required in their country of residence. Where cash prizes are stated, winners may be required to provide Intelligent Spas with their bank details to enable the prize amount to be delivered via bank deposit/telegraphic transfer. If the winner does not provide their bank details if requested, they forfeit the prize.
Privacy Policy
Intelligent Spas only collects personal and business data where you, the user of this web site, registers your data with consent. Newsletter - You may subscribe to the email newsletter by sharing your email and first name and last name, then you will receive emails announcing new publications and reminders of publication discounts. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions outlined at the bottom of each announcement. Intelligent Spas reserves the right to delete your personal information from our database or other records at any time.
Online Store - In order to fulfil your order, we require specific information from you including your name, company, email, address and credit card details. We do not have access to your credit card details and therefore do not keep or store your credit cards details. We maintain contact information and order details to respond to any queries, enable report sales and distribution and conduct after sales customer service activities. Third parties that are directly related to assisting us process your transaction (eg. our online store platform(s) and credit card merchant(s)) require access to your information so that your order can be completed. Third parties who may be involved in after sales customer services activities, administration or commission from your purchase (eg. co-authors, contributors, accountants, lawyers, regulatory authorities) may require access to your information so they can assist in responding to your queries and for revenue reporting.
