Simplifying Spa Human Resource Management

The majority of spas do not have the budget to employ a human resource manager so these responsibilities are typically added to the spa manager’s or spa director's to-do list. It does not have to be a daunting responsibility, rather with a small amount of focus and organisation, it is possible to establish supporting and self-sufficient systems to simplify human resource management and minimise time attending to daily human resource issues.
